Mr. Tremblay assists senior executives and managers in implementing the right strategies for innovation, improvement or organizational and/or operational transformation. Having started his career in the sales of information technology services, Mr. Tremblay now has a broad background driven by a keen business sense.
Empowered with a strategic and pragmatic vision, an ability to bring to light issues of a human nature, political, formal and informal networks, operations and organizational structures; Mr. Tremblay's skills facilitate his clients to optimize their mission enabling processes, their governance and support processes to break down silos and structure a transversal and optimized management.
Experienced mainly with service companies, governmental and parapublic organizations (services and research), Mr. Tremblay's knowledge and experience in Lean management, process management and project management provide a strong capacity to accompany and facilitate the realization of these types of mandates for his clients. His skills as a benevolent leader facilitate dialogue and macro and micro decision-making on issues to engage his clients on their path. The path of evolution from maturity to responsible performance that maximizes the satisfaction of their employees, customers and stakeholders.
Since 2008, over 1300 hours of training/coaching have been given as a lecturer at the University of Sherbrooke. His teaching work allows him to coach and mentor students at the Bachelor's and Master's levels in Environment (regular and continuing education) in the realization of projects with real clients. The elements of coaching involve tactical and/or strategic problem solving, methodological development of mandate resolution, good client relations and resolution of multi-ethnic and multidisciplinary intra-team conflicts.
By the end of 2022, more than 88 university projects will have been supervised and more than 50 professional mandates in performance improvement, organization-process design, architecture and value chain design and coaching will have been completed by Mr. Tremblay.
His positive energy, his flexibility, his ability to listen, his ability to synthesize (in both English and French) the needs and issues of his clients make it reassuring to embark on such an adventure of change.
Between 2014 and the end of 2021, Mr. Tremblay held various leadership roles in consulting services: Senior Director for the Performance team at Createch, VP Consulting at Vortex Consulting and Edgenda and as Director of the Lean Consulting team at Fujitsu in Montreal. Between 2000 and 2014, Mr. Tremblay worked as a senior transformation consultant for Xerox Global Services.
Mr. Tremblay holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Laval University completed at FUcAM (UCL-Mons) in Belgium, a Master's degree in Environment (University of Sherbrooke) and PMP certifications from the Project Management Institute, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Xerox Corp.) and Certified Business Process Professional (ABPMPI via AFNOR, Paris, France).
